App Privacy

Galaxy Pomodoro Privacy Policy

A public privacy policy for the Galaxy Pomodoro Apple app, based on its current on-device focus timer, notification, Live Activity, and iCloud sync behavior.

Effective May 8, 2026

Quick summary

Galaxy Pomodoro does not require an account with Cogi Code Studio and the developer does not collect personal information, analytics events, advertising identifiers, or focus records on developer-operated servers. Your planets, satellites, timer settings, and focus history are handled on your devices, with optional iCloud sync through Apple's services.

Data we do not collect

Galaxy Pomodoro does not ask you to create a Cogi Code Studio account, sign in to a developer service, or submit profile information in order to use the app.

The developer does not collect analytics events, advertising identifiers, contact lists, calendars, location data, or your focus records on developer-operated servers.

Information stored on your devices

The app stores the information needed to run your focus workflow, such as planets, satellites, timer presets, focus sessions, daily goals, completion history, app settings, and notification preferences.

This information is used to show your task structure, restore active timers, calculate today and weekly focus summaries, and make the app feel consistent across launches.

iCloud sync

If iCloud sync is available and enabled on your devices, Galaxy Pomodoro can use Apple's iCloud services to keep supported app data in sync across your Apple devices.

iCloud sync is provided by Apple and is tied to your Apple account and device settings. Cogi Code Studio does not operate a separate server for reading or profiling your synced focus data.

Notifications and Live Activities

Notification permission is optional and is used to alert you when a focus session finishes or when timer-related updates need your attention.

On supported devices, Live Activities and Dynamic Island can show timer state so you can see or control the remaining time without reopening the app.

Network requests and third parties

Galaxy Pomodoro does not use advertising SDKs or developer-operated analytics services.

Normal Apple platform services may be involved when you download the app from the App Store, use iCloud sync, receive notifications, or use system features such as Live Activities. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Because app data is stored on your devices and, when enabled, in your iCloud account, you can remove local app data by deleting the app from your devices.

You can also manage iCloud app data through your Apple device and iCloud settings, subject to Apple's available controls.

If you contact us by email and later want that correspondence deleted, you can request deletion at the contact address below.

Changes to this policy

If Galaxy Pomodoro adds new data features in the future, this policy will be updated before or when those changes take effect.

Any updated version will include a revised effective date on this page.
